Digital Business Stack Audit
A ten-point diagnostic for whether a digital business has a collection of tactics—or an operating system.
- We can identify the top three acquisition channels and their contribution margins.
- Every lead source is tagged through the conversion event.
- Sales follow-up has defined response-time and cadence standards.
- Core fulfillment processes are documented and owned.
- Recurring manual work has been reviewed for automation opportunities.
- Customer data is stored outside any single advertising platform.
- We measure repeat purchase, renewal or retention where applicable.
- Management can see a weekly operating scorecard without assembling it manually.
- Critical vendors and APIs have fallback or failure procedures.
- The business can continue operating for at least one week without the founder handling routine tasks.
How to use it
Score one point for each statement you can verify with current evidence. 8–10 suggests a comparatively systemized operation; 5–7 indicates material operating gaps; below 5 means the business is likely relying heavily on tribal knowledge, platform defaults or founder intervention.
This is an operator framework, not a financial, legal, cybersecurity or investment audit.
